FOR RESERVATION
Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after checkout?
A. Luggage storage service is provided before check-in on the day and after check-out on the day. (Paid 500 yen) Please contact the front desk for details.

Q. Can minors book the accommodation?
A. We accept children over 12 years old accompanied by a parent. We don’t take reservations for children under 12 although they are accompanied by a parent. Please note that minors between the ages of 12-18 who wish to stay must obtain written consent from a parent/guardian.

Q. Do you have a cancellation fee?
A. Guests may be subject to cancellation penalties according to the reservation policy. * Please refer to the cancellation policy for details.

Q. Do you take reservations for a large group of people?
A. We take reservations individually.

Q. Do you take reservations with an organization name?
A. Yes we do. However please note that you still need to fill guests name when making a reservation.

FOR CHECK-IN
Q. Can I go out after check-in ?
A. Yes you can. Please take your key card with you.

Q. How do I make the payment ?
A. Please use our automatic payment machines for the payment. You have the option to pay by cash or credit card. You can also make the payment in advance by making reservations online.

Q. When is your check-in time ?
A. Check-in time is 15:00.
(Rooms are available from 15:00 for deluxe cabins and from 17:00 for standard cabins.)

FOR FACILITIES
Q. Can I smoke?
A. There is a smoking room on the 2nd floor. Smoking is prohibited in other areas.

Q. Can I use Internet in the facility?
A. We provide free Wi-Fi inside our facility. Please ask for access point and password at the front desk.

Q. Do you have a coin operated laundry ?
A. Yes we have them on the 2nd floor.

Q. Do you have a large public bath?
A. We do not have a public bath. Please use the shower room.

Q. Do you provide a laundry service ?
A. We do not provided the service. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Q. For a consecutive stay, can I use the cabin after checkout time ?
A. Between AM11:00 and PM3:00 are our cleaning time. Guests are not allowed to use areas except for the locker space. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Q. Is there a dining place?
A. There is a smoking room on the 2nd floor. Smoking is prohibited in other areas.

Q. Is there an electrical outlet inside the cabin ?
A. All cabins have electrical outlets.

Q. What types of amenities do you provide ?
A. We provide a bath towel, face towel, toothbrush and razor. A hair dryer is stationed at the sink.

Q. Can I extend my stay ?
A. Please consult at the front desk, as it is subject to the availabilities.

Q. Can I leave my luggage after the checkout ?
A. After checking out, we can keep your luggage for 500 yen per day.

Q. How do I checkout ?
A. We apply an automatic checkout system. If you have a key card, please leave it on a drop-off box at the front desk, or to front staff.

Q. When is your checkout time ?
A. Checkout time is by 13:00 for standard cabins and by 11:00 for deluxe cabins.
